we will ensure we are customer focused...List Item 1
- we have a dedicated full time Business Support to deal with all your queries
- our office hours are monday to friday, 8am - 4pm and we provide an emergency number outside of these hours
- we aim to respond to all telephone enquiries within 24 hours and emails within 48 hours during our working office hours, Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm
- we will always provide our prices in advance and for domestic customers we'll include VAT so you can see the full price you'll pay, no messy calculations
- we will provide a 2 hour arrival window for all work and ensure that we communicate if we are running late or need to move work for any reason
- we will provide clear and transparent estimates, timelines, and explanations for all work
- we will keep customers informed of progress throughout the project
- we will send an invoice within two weeks of the works having been completed and provide customers with a two week payment period
