Daytime call out charge – £50 for first hour, £26 for each subsequent hour.
Out of normal hours call out charge – £75 (includes first hour of work).
Central Heating
Central heating problem diagnosis – £50 for first hour, £26 for each subsequent hour. Most problems are diagnosed in under 1 hour, the rest within 2 hours.
Room thermostat, supply and fit – £85.
Cylinder thermostat, supply and fit – £95.
Control clock, supply and fit – £90 to £150.
Boiler time clock, supply and fit – £80 to £130.
Showers
Fitting of electrics ready for shower installation – £100 to £200.
Fitting of shower electrics and shower (complete service, includes plumbing) – £150 to £250 + cost of shower.
Lights
Recessed lights, supply and fit – 6 fire rated lights – £275.
Light fittings, supply and fit – first light fitting £50, £10 for each subsequent light fitting.
Fans
Low voltage, externally vented fan, supply and fit – £200.
Normal voltage, externally vented fan, supply and fit – £170.

Cookers
Cooker (’ready to connect’) connection only – £50 (see below), takes about one hour.
Cooker circuit, isolator and outlet plate (includes connection of cooker) – £150 to £350 (see above).

Boiler time clock, supply and fit– £80 to £130.
Smoke Alarms
Domestic mains powered, supply and fit – £100 for the first alarm; £70 for each subsequent alarm.
Fuse Boards
Fuse board change, supply and fit – £100 to £350 (Includes full electrical test).
Rewire
Full rewire (3 bedroom house) – £2500.
Earth Bonding
Mains earth bond to gas and water pipes – £175.
Domestic Test And Inspection
Domestic electrical test and inspection (fulfils the HMO and ‘buy to let’ electrical requirements):
· One bedroom flat – £150. · Two bedroom house – £175. · Three bedroom house – £190. · Four bedroom house – £210.
Domestic PAT testing charge – £45 to &80. £45 will ‘cover’ most domestic properties. Minimum PAT testing charge is £45.
