Selected prices:
· Daytime call out charge – £50 for the first hour and £26 per hour thereafter. · Most electrical problems are fixed within an hour, the vast majority within 2 hours.
· Out of hours call out charge – £75 (includes first hour of work). · The vast majority of electrical problems can be ‘made safe’ within one hour.
· Electrical socket, supply and fit – £75.
· Smoke alarms – domestic mains powered, supply and fit – £100 for the first alarm; £70 for each subsequent alarm.
· Domestic electrical test and inspection (fulfils the ’buy to let’ electrical requirements): · One bedroom flat – £150. · Two bedroom house – £175. · Three bedroom house – £190. · Four bedroom house – £210.
· Domestic PAT testing – £45 to &80. £45 will ‘cover’ most domestic properties. Minimum PAT testing charge is £45.
